Human Resources Business Partner

• Leading company in its sector.

• We are looking for an HRBP for a leading company in the industry sector. This person will work in Lisbon at the company's headquarters and operationally in the Azambuja area.

• Develop and execute business strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement.
• Put in place standard processes and policies enabled by standard work and help guide the organization through change.
• Develop an active role in the effective implementation of the companie Leadership Principles & Guidelines and Corporate Culture.
• Support companie managers to incorporate Managerial & culture behaviors: daily coaching.
• Drive employment engagement programs, monitor and drive effective employee relations, retention and reward programs.
• Create people-centric plans to meet business demands through a strong understanding of how talent fits into business strategy and how to develop talent.
• Build and execute recruitment related to workforce planning, on boarding, training and professional development initiatives.
• Facilitate and manage the talent review process and succession planning in partnership with HR Manager.
• Draw insights from data to improve processes, employee engagement and policy alignment across the business.
• Manage and deploy HR projects and support change initiatives, including implementing new tools and technology that will provide better support to the company.

• Degree in RH (or similar).
• Master's Degree or MBA in HRM preferred.
• Experience in the industrial sector.
• Proficiency with HR Primavera System.
• English: Level C1.
