- Develop and execute business strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement.
- Put in place standard processes and policies enabled by standard work and help guide the organization through change.
- Develop an active role in the effective implementation of the companie Leadership Principles & Guidelines and Corporate Culture.
- Support companie managers to incorporate Managerial & culture behaviors: daily coaching.
- Drive employment engagement programs, monitor and drive effective employee relations, retention and reward programs.
- Create people-centric plans to meet business demands through a strong understanding of how talent fits into business strategy and how to develop talent.
- Build and execute recruitment related to workforce planning, on boarding, training and professional development initiatives.
- Facilitate and manage the talent review process and succession planning in partnership with HR Manager.
- Draw insights from data to improve processes, employee engagement and policy alignment across the business.
- Manage and deploy HR projects and support change initiatives, including implementing new tools and technology that will provide better support to the company.
- Degree in RH (or similar).
- Master's Degree or MBA in HRM preferred.
- Experience in the industrial sector.
- Proficiency with HR Primavera System.
- English: Level C1.
