Job Description:-Conceptualizing, planning, and executing marketing, branding, and BI/CI strategies and initiatives at the headquarters and in regional offices.
  • Responsible for all branding and trade marketing activities.
  • Supporting the sales team in market penetration with tailored branding and promotional activities in the regions.
  • Working with regional marketing and sales representatives to finalize the monthly BTL/activation plan.
  • Providing execution and activation support to the product marketing team for new product launches and campaigns.
  • Planning and executing major consumer, trade, and cross promotions.
  • Developing internal and external communications in line with brand imagery, and handling brand activation and deployment of POS materials in the market.
  • Conceptualizing and developing collaterals and other POS materials with the help of the graphic design team.
  • Managing the deployment of the marketing budget for the year.
  • Generating business intelligence (BI) and market intelligence (MI) related to the industry and competition, and sharing this information with relevant stakeholders.
Education Qualification:-
  • Graduate + MBA (Preferable).
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B/B2C Marketing.
  • Marketing Strategic Planning & Execution.
  • Promotions & Campaigns.
  • Product launch and Go to market strategy.
  • Branding & Communication.
  • Market Research and Analytics.
  • Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter with an ability to work independently.
  • Able to respond well to pressure.
