Job Need We are looking for a demand generation manager who can thrive in an environment which will require both your left-brain & the right-brain as you strategize on revenue growth with Sales and ensure a delightful brand, customer & product experience across the journey of a customer. Job Profile Pipeline: Take end-to-end ownership of driving demand generation, with responsibility for meeting pipeline targets across all products and geographies, including new market entry. Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the marketing team and sales, SDR, and RevOps, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment to drive revenue growth. Execution: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity is the norm, and use your creativity and strategic thinking skills to overcome GTM challenges with minimal oversight. Campaigns: Leverage your deep expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and account-based marketing to design and execute high-impact campaigns that generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI. Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of demand generation professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation to achieve business goals. Experience Requirements: 8 years B2B SaaS or FinTech background Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline. Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and programs Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities Working closely with the Director of Marketing for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales Overseeing vendor selection and contracts as needed Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences Knowing the company's brand and product Must have a Finance Background Assisting in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle Delivering performance reports to leadership and departments you partner with
