As a Bid Manager, you will lead the bid proces. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our business development initiatives and drive growth. If you are skilled professional, passionate about delivering winning bid proposals, we anticipate your application.Your challenges

Lead tenders after analysis and distribution of tasks to internal stakeholders, review/validate information received from the internal stakeholders
Recommend business solutions and reviewing pricing
Respond and assist on requests timely, accurate and quality responses are delivered to the requesting parties
Support to maintain a pricing database under guidance of manager and product/s
Maintain monthly tender data records and follow up on progress of submitted tenders
Interface with other functional groups, as well as with customers in creating/delivering customer driven services and solutions
Monitor the customer experience market (new trends etc.)
Actively participate in the qualification of customer needs (Engineering or IT-ES related) and the challenges associated with the project subject of consultation
Ensure post bid analysis is performed by bid owners for all bids, both successful and unsuccessful, ensure received tender feedback is shared with relevant functions in the organizations
Support the interlocutors in defining the response strategy and challenge the solutions
Contribute to the production of the technical and financial response

Requirements

Bachelor/master's degree
3-5 years of experience as a bid manager, proposal manager or a similar role
Experience in managing bids and proposals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – both Polish and English, with the ability to present complex information clearly
Attention to detail and high accuracy in bid preparation and review
Ability to create visually attractive bid presentations
Excellent organisational and time management skills (prioritise tasks, meet deadlines)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess bid opportunities and develop winning strategies
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in MS Office applications
