Norther WindfarmThe Vestas Offshore department is responsible for and maintenance of the wind turbines in multiple windfarms in Belgium. The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our growth. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industry and in a team of highly motivated employees.Responsibilities
- To execute the receiving and dispatching of stock to and from 12 - 16 technicians every week / and or on a shift pattern.
- In Service campaigns coordinate extensive extra cargo and service extra man power with goods and spare parts.
- Administer all Paper Work and delivery notes as per defined procedures
- Ensure Minimum and Maximum stock thresholds are maintained at all times
- Maintain effective stock control at all times.
- Ensure all systems are up to date
- Management of the service warehouse
- Take part in stock take and perform random local stock takes thru out the year
- Prepare stock requirements timeously
- Super User for the warehouse module in SAP.
- Manage and Book freight and shipments thru TMS Transport Management Systems
- Management of stock control
- Navigate in Document Management Systems
- Control stock take on consolidate presentation to management of control and optimization of stocks.
- Maintain PPE inspections and Lift Equipment register in external systems. (Ensure all equipment are up to date and nothing is overdue.)
- Manage in MT database (Measuring Tools) Ensure all Tools are calibrated and in due throughout the year.
- Professional experience with warehouse and logistics.
- Native Dutch and good English skills in reading / writing
- High level of safety awareness.
- Full driving license.
- Warehouse and logistics educational background or experience
- Leadership skills
- IT Skills (SAP-Microsoft suite-ReadUnit-...)
- Verbally strong communicator
