  • Promote Safety and CI culture embedded into our site.
  • Successfully meet production numbers required for the operation.
  • Proactively undertake production analysis seeking improvements in process and methods of operating.
  • Proactively plan downtime for maintenance & cleaning.
  • Manage parts inventory and ordering.
  • Effectively train and monitor colleagues' performance.
  • Reviewing and adjusting training methods as appropriate.
  • Effectively communicate to all stakeholders any issues regarding production.
  • Flexible working patterns will be required.
Person Profile
  • Must have 5 years of experience as core winding production.
  • Will have excellent team building and motivational skills.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage own time.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills and well-developed presentation skills
  • Confident and competent in the use of Microsoft office applications (e.g., Word/Excel/Outlook).
  • Ability to compile accurate data for KPI's.
  • Able to build rapport rapidly with colleagues.
