- Driving the re-launch and growth of all brand channels, developing a comprehensive brand marketing calendar.
- Creating 360-degree campaign ideas and strategies that leverage owned, earned, and paid channels effectively.
- Leading the planning, writing of briefs, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns.
- Manage creative development, campaign launch, budget allocation, tracking, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Fostering collaborative relationships with Merchandising and Product Planning teams to enhance business performance.
- Developing sales enablement tools and impactful product messaging for effective go-to-market strategies.
- Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviours to identify growth opportunities.
- Identifying partnership opportunities within the retail and entertainment sectors.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, generating insights to inform product narratives and messaging.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations.
- Maximizing the impact of agency partners by leading comprehensive briefing and communication efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management and marketing within the fashion industry.
- Proficient in analyzing data, metrics, and consumer insights to derive actionable strategies.
- Expertise in various marketing channels including email marketing, paid social/digital, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and influencer/affiliate marketing.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail for flawless campaign execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding marketing targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
