Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree with sales skills. - 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, counseling, BDM, B2B, B2C, inside/in-house sales, BPO, KPO, or RPO. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to execute successful development strategies. - Target-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to leads.
