Job Description:At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of the IT functional and non-functional requirements, make sense of the available information and ensure that the project team understands all the details they require. This is to be done according to the applicable methodology and toolset to be used;
  • Collaborate with numerous stakeholders to ensure that their concerns, requirements, and contribution are included in the requirements specification document;
  • Provide input on low level detail design issues and patterns;
  • Conduct business risk analysis;
  • Update traceability matrices;
  • Analyze & define specifications linked to the integration with other applications and/or technological components;
  • Work in collaboration with Enterprise Architect and Solution Architect to design models in a modelling tool based on predefined requirements;
  • Assist with training the administrators and users of the Systems.
Requirements:
  • University discipline, minimum Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years or more as a Business Analyst;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in modelling and UML.
  • Substantial experience in Business and IT System analysis and ability to translate business requirements into IT requirements;
  • Strong experience in the use of modelling and design tools in Business or IT projects (ARIS, EA, etc.);
  • Good knowledge and experience in creating use cases and working with them,
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in UML;
  • Good knowledge of relational database systems and BABOK practices.
  • Good knowledge of requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS (DOORS)
  • Ability to apply architectural principles to functional solutions and use of model-based representations to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business;
  • Provide training/coaching on analysis techniques;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience and willingness of working in an international/multicultural environment.
