- Promote and protect ServiceNow's reputation by managing PR programs across ServiceNow's platform, products or corporate programs.
- Develop PR strategies for driving media coverage, working with experts, executives, and the PR agencies for the Middle East and Africa region, with focus on KSA and UAE
- Establish Middle East social presence including support of key executives with executive social where required.
- Reporting to the Sr. Manager, South Communications, work with global and EMEA PR teams to guide successful launches, announcements, PR programs, and other awareness opportunities.
- Monitor industry-related news and events to assess opportunities for rapid response and dedicated media outreach.
- Create content, from press releases and blogs to infographics and executive briefing materials and creative briefs.
- Lead integrated communications efforts partnering across the marketing and global communications organisation including working with the analyst relations, social media team, thought leadership, employee communications teams, events and other departments.
- Cultivate and expand your relationships with top tier business and trade media and influencers.
- Use customer stories to tell our story in an impactful manner.
- 5+ years of Public Relations experience, including PR agency experience
- Experience creating impactful PR campaigns and the content to support
- Passion for storytelling, for identifying trends and for writing
- Solid understanding of the tech space
- Experience working with international teams
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English
- Ability to think strategically about the big picture and also recognise the role of data in decision-making and reporting
- Proven record of influencing/advising stakeholders
- Can-do, independent and proactive approach to work with a desire to manage projects from start to finish
