Job Responsibility Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including prepare documents for company formation, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors / shareholders resolutions, share allotment and/or share transfers, amendments to company constitution for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, change of signatories and other statutory records to SSM within the stipulated time frame. Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by both the company and clients. Attending to client enquiry on Corporate Secretarial engagement matters. Maintain proper record of statutory books and updated accordingly. Drafting and updating database of corporate secretarial precedents. Job Requirements Candidate must possess Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent. Currently holding a corporate secretarial qualifications in ICSA or MAICSA. Minimum 5 years of working experience in corporate secretarial firm. Detailed and organised and with good planning skills. Be flexible and adaptable in working styles. Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese are required for this position to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
