This role is ideal for someone who is product-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is focused on delivering tangible value to our users. With at least 3 years of experience in the field, the ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and a love for music and art to our team.Key Responsibilities 🎸- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms from inception to production, leveraging machine and deep learning frameworks- Build tools and infrastructure for the team, mentor team members- Work collaboratively with product managers to define problems, identify solutions, and iterate on feedback to refine those solutions.- Deliver end-to-end machine learning-based features at a rapid pace, ensuring high-quality and impactful user experiences.- Engage in research and application of cutting-edge technologies, including Multimodal models, and large language models (LLMs), to drive innovation within our platform.- Contribute to developing recommender systems and search functionalities, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.Requirements:Qualifications 📽- At least 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record of delivering machine learning algorithms to production.- Extensive knowledge of ML disciplines and algorithms - able to manage research in a large scale- Excellent programming skills in Python, SQL- Proficient in PyTorch, GPU computing, Scikit-learn, or other ML frameworks- Familiar with cloud services such as Amazon SageMaker and Vertex AI pipelines, as well as architecting solutions- Experience in developing recommender systems, search algorithms - a plus- Experience with multimodal models - a plus- Creativity and a passion for music and art - a plus- Excellent teamwork skills, with experience working closely with product managers and other stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.- A team player who is also self-sufficient, able to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.Why Join Artlist?At Artlist, you'll be part of a culture that values creativity and innovation, where your work directly impacts millions of creators worldwide.
