Description:Harmonya helps retailers and manufacturers overcome the limitations caused by legacy data structures and unlock the true value of their data. Harmonya is an AI-powered product data classification and enrichment platform for retailers and manufacturers. Leveraging proprietary ML and AI models, Harmonya synthesizes data from trillions of alternative data points to generate a holistic and dynamic view of products sold across the country.About the position:We’re looking for brilliant, creative and impact-oriented data scientist to join our growing team. Harmonya is in a fascinating phase, having completed several successful POCs. This upcoming year promises to be both captivating and demanding, as we focus on constructing robust, scalable ML products while developing the next algorithmic products that will significantly help our customers in achieving their goals.Responsibilities:

Design, implement and deliver robust and scaleable ML products from research to production.
Exhibit adaptability in a spectrum of data science challenges and domains, with a notable focus on NLP.
Collaborate and work closely with product managers from ideation to quick POCs to build the most impactful products for our customers.
Foster a collaborative environment by actively sharing insights, peer reviews, best practices, and knowledge across team members to collectively elevate our data science capabilities and product quality.
Identify opportunities to enhance existing methodologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

At least 6 years of practicing data science
At least 3 years leading end-to-end data science projects into production, adoption & monitoring
Advantage: experience in NLP
Advantage: experience with cloud machine learning platforms
Advantage: experience with MLOps tools
