2. Experience in International contracting mechanisms e.g. FIDIC and Government forms
3. Experience in the assessment of claims and variations on major Infrastructure Projects
4. Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large Multidisciplinary Projects
5. In-depth knowledge of various project procedures
6. A “rounded profile”, with experience in procurement (all matters up to contract award), formulating contracts & management of post contract administration to ensure that Project(s) are successful delivered in terms of quality, cost and time parameters.1. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in and appropriate field such as Project Management, Commercial Management, Quantity surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
2. Master’s degree in Construction Law or equivalent
3. Chartered Status with two instructions, such as RICS, CIArb, CIPS, ICE
4. Driver’s Licence
