Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will provide strategic HR leadership, oversee all aspects of HR operations, and champion initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent. This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years of experience to make a significant impact within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Provide expert counsel to senior leadership on HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity
- Lead the full spectrum of talent management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance assessment, and succession planning.
- Implement best practices to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive training and development programs to nurture employee skills and capabilities.
- Oversee all HR functions, including compensation and benefits administration, payroll processing, HRIS management, and record-keeping
- Streamline HR processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize data analytics and metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) highly desirable.
- Proven track record of over 20 years in progressively responsible HR leadership roles, preferably in a group holding company or similar complex organizational structure.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think analytically, anticipate trends, and drive innovation in HR practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR technology tools.
