Description and Requirements***Applicants should be available and willing to work on-site and/or from home depending on business needs.***Information Technology, Operations Analyst - TELUS International El SalvadorAbout the roleIT Operations Analyst is responsible for providing first-line support to internal clients and executive staff in the US assisting them with hardware and software problems and making sure that the systems are working properly according to the company standards.Responsibilities:To provide 1st line technical support; answering support queries via phone and email.Support users remotelyTo maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.To take ownership of user issues and be proactive when dealing with user issues.Respond to inquiries from internal clients and help them resolve any hardware or software issues.Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.Skills & Requirements:Be able to participate in our 24 X 7 rotation schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays) - Required.TeamworkProblem-SolvingCollaboratingClient service orientedStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Faster adaptation to technology changesKnowledge:English - B1- Required
