- Write specifications, build them with total cost and equipment availability concerns.
- Share them with the team (internal & external).
- Train team members & functions.
- Help team members by answering their questions.
- Collect lesson learned & update specification.
- Do benchmark.
- Do technology & regulation watch.
- Do Proof Of Concept (POC) projects and follow unfolding projects.Knowledge / Know how
Project management (KPI, schedule, action plan, reporting, escalation…).
Manufacturing equipment review, commissioning and validation.
Technical knowledge in Functional analysis, Electrical drawing, Data flow.
Hight knowledge in IOT.Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience working within the automated environment for automotive, batteries manufacturing, and/or general manufacturers and automation suppliers.Qualifications
Bachelor of Sciences in Engineering (Automatism, robotic, mechatronic, or a related field).
Fluent in French and English mandatory.Key behaviours
Good relationship with Suppliers.
Team spirit, high-organized.
Capacity of being concise and clear (spoken and written).
Fast learner, and comfortable coping with change.Some extra skills which make the difference
Experience in ramp up of gigafactories (zero to full capacity).
