  • You'll be the first point of contact for colleagues who have technical issues and are looking for a quick resolution to keep them working so you'll respond to IT support requests via email, phone, or in-person and provide assistance and training on IT best practice and procedure
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobiles you'll reset passwords, install software and do what you can to enhance user experience
  • You will keep an eye on network performance, figure out what's happening with connectivity issues and if you need to, you'll free up other IT colleagues for the complex stuff
  • Routinely you'll checks and update systems to maintain stability and security
  • You'll feed back to the business on recurring issues and requirements for system improvements that will inform future enhancements
  • Assisting onboarding & offboarding of employees, you'll be setting up accounts and access permissions
  • You'll maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses

  • Proficiency in operating systems, including Windows and macOS
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common business software
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
