  • Provide tailored assistance to students with SEN, adapting your approach to meet their individual learning needs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) to offer precise and effective support.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and empowering learning environment.
  • Help maintain a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
  • Establish clear communication channels with parents, teachers, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Work with the SENCO to coordinate and implement SEN strategies effectively.
  • Regularly assess the academic and social progress of students with SEN.
  • Adjust teaching materials and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Prior experience working with young individuals, ideally within a school environment.
  • Possession of an Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one through Randstad.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided).
  • Exceptional attendance and punctuality record.
