Role Title 职位名称: Senior Product ManagerReport to上司职位:Nucala Launch LeadLocation 驻地: Shanghai, ChinaRole Purpose 职位目标:Engage internal and external customers to ensure Nucala brand strategy cascade effectively and toachieve targeted sales growth and market share growth.Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:To achieve targets within the allocated budget by regionAchievement of sales targetAchievement of market share targetControl of marketing and promotional expenditure within the allocated budget, leveraging resources to gain optimal ROITo support regions improving market managementEstablish partnership and relationship with key external experts to develop and strengthen brand endorsementAccurate collection, analyses and monitoring of market intelligence including competitor informationGaining market and customer insight through field visit together with Reps frequently.3. To coach regions execution wellTrain Sales & RPM team to improve knowledge and skill. Integration and co-ordination of Marketing activities through effective sales force support and engagement efforts Assessment of sales performance and identification of variances to plan; recommend and implement proposals that rectify or capitalize on current sales performance4 To build up and maintain excellent collaboration with other functionsIn consultation with Training function to ensure the input and involvement of sales force brand-related training as appropriate Collaboration with MSL team to provide quality and evidence-based promotional support to regions. In consultation with CE team to provide monthly performance report to share and comments to regionsQualifications/Requirements:申请资格 / 职位要求:
  • Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, proficiency in use of standard software applications, especially Power Point.
  • Proactive in problem solving and a team player.
