Local commercial construction projects with a Construction Management/Owner's Representative firm in St. Louis. Lead and oversee on-site teams of entire project operations to ensure success and completion. Collaborate effectively with inside design and architect for project development.
  • Take ownership and initiative on all projects from conception to completion
  • Organize client meetings/sub meetings and develop long-term relationships
  • Perform estimates
  • Prepare budgets and schedules
  • Work collaboratively with Head of Construction Ops
  • Communicative with on-site project teams, architects, and owners, etc.

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
  • 10+ years of construction experience - ideally with a General Contractor.
  • Proven experience in management of cradle-to-grave construction process.
  • Estimating/Preconstruction experience is a plus.
  • Potential to grow into leadership roles
  • Strong presentation and desire to client face
  • Prior public, K-12/education, multifamily, or commercial construction project experience.
Construction Management/Owner's Representative firm in St. Louis working on behalf of clients in the public/K-12/multifamily/commercial construction markets. The position involves consulting partners from conception including feasibility, design, preconstruction, contractor selection, construction stage management, and through completion and turnover. This person will work collaboratively within a team setting in order to exceed client expectations. Coming from the general construction space allows them a unique set of experiences and skill sets to deliver optimal construction consultation for customers.   • Base salary $110,000 - $140,000 dependent on experience
