1. Managing intake, coordinating, and gathering requirements from business partners to handle increased data volume and the demand for more cost-efficient and scalable pipelines and tech solutions.
2. Prioritizing initiatives, Designing and implementing technical solutions with appropriate strategies and design principles.
3. Driving best practices in Operational Excellence.Ideal candidate: Strong in SQL, Redshift, metrics, ETL, tool development, cloud environments, and dashboarding. Python proficiency required; JavaScript preferred. Excels in translating customer needs into innovative BI solutions, passionate about leveraging data for informed decisions.About the teamThe EU PE is a group of Process Engineers located all over Europe. We are proudly part of the Ops team. Our aim is to eliminate processes variation across FCs, guiding, promoting and scaling at network level cutting edge best practices. We believe that every defect is an opportunity and we work to create higher standard every day.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Luxembourg, LUXBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience building and maintaining basic data artifacts (e.g., ETL, data models, queries)
- Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
- Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar toolsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.
