Coordinador de Proyectos

• Assists in coordinating schedules.

• Coordinates deadlines on all deliverables.

• Assists in monitoring teams' progress.

• Coordinates client support efforts.

• Assists in preparing progress and planning documentation when necessary.

• Attending all client and staff meetings pertaining to project.

• Review the progress with Client or KPG and report on a timely manner any compliance or deviations to the plan on dates and product.

• Undertaking project tasks as required.

• Review all Timesheets of the assigned projects to support the invoicing.

• Provide administrative support as needed.

• Provide weekly status report of currents tasks, project progress and prepare a weekly time sheet report.

• Any other task required by business operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail, strong time management, and organizational skills.
