- Assists in coordinating schedules.
- Coordinates deadlines on all deliverables.
- Assists in monitoring teams' progress.
- Coordinates client support efforts.
- Assists in preparing progress and planning documentation when necessary.
- Attending all client and staff meetings pertaining to project.
- Review the progress with Client or KPG and report on a timely manner any compliance or deviations to the plan on dates and product.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Review all Timesheets of the assigned projects to support the invoicing.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Provide weekly status report of currents tasks, project progress and prepare a weekly time sheet report.
- Any other task required by business operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
