Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position: Front End Quality Engineer Your Responsibilities Resposible for your process area quality control and quality management system compliance Be a quality gatekeeper for non conformance material containment and disposition - on hold / release / scrap of quality excursion materials in your process area Work on non conformance material quality risk assessement for instance in process QC data collection/analysis, reliability analysis etc together with process area PE and NPI team Daily monitoring your process area product and inline process quality parameter trend, yield/defect loss rate. Highlight and follow up with process owners on OOC/OOS trend closure Drive process/tool owner,maintainence team on RCCAPA and quality incident closure Organize/support on routine/ non routine line audit and system audit Train and qualify line quality technician/ provide guidance to them on daily quality issue handling , quality reporting and quality system operation Review Product and Process Change Management ; ensure execution compliance with the quality expectation; change result follow up and closure in the change system Owner to review and update the product and process control limit with related stakeholders on regular basis Participate in task force team /drive continuous improvement project Your Profile Technical background or Bachelor degree/ Master degree (Science/ Engineering or Equivalent) Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in HVM Quality Control or Process Engineering or similar position, preferably in PCB/ IC Substrate/ Semiconductor/ EMS Industry Work experience in Plating, Photolithography , Wet Etching , AOI or Film Lamination or Mechanical/Laser drilling would be added advantages Proficiency in Microsoft office tools ( Excel, Word, PPT) General knowledge in problem solving and analytical skill Knowledge & experience in ISO90001 quality audit ; SPC ; Statistic tool JMP or Minitab ; FMEA ; Control Plan ; MSA would be added advantages Independent, good communication and team work orientated person Our Offer Personal and professional growth opportunities in a Greenfield Project of a recognized MNC A chance to actively contribute to AT&S success and to create value A secure position with long-term career perspective in an internationally expanding environment Attractive and competitive compensation package If you are looking for a new challenging task, please send us your application and your detailed resume.
