Global Dry Processing Manager (Technical Marketing & Development)

• You will provide customer service for technical issues regarding the processing of all Lenzing fibers for our primary and downstream customers.
• You will build new relationships and gain a better understanding of unique beneficial needs using LENZING(tm) Lyocell for customers.
• You will develop ideas, assist customers, production, business development, and commercial teams and research with product development, new trials and technical support into new applications in a dynamic market environment.
• You will understand quality control, releasing, special lots and concessions.
• You will understand dry cut, mechanically crimped LENZING(tm) Lyocell compared to wet cut, naturally crimped LENZING(tm) Lyocell and understand all textile products, including updating technical information.
• You will cooperate with the textile machinery, chemical industry and ensure full customer satisfaction, including technical assistance in exhibitions, seminars and workshops.
• You will give full support to build up and make full use of communication tools, databases and quality management systems like Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Building Management System (BMS).

• You have at least 5 years of experience in the textiles field (e.g. spinning, dry cut, mechanically crimped, technical customer service (TCS)).
• You have a significant technical understanding of our LENZING(tm) Lyocell product range, of our fiber characteristics and our textile customer processes.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Textile field or other relevant qualification.
• You have very good English skills and German nice to have.
• You are a good user of CRM and BMS systems.
• You can provide good technical customer service and cooperation with other regional teams.
