- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 5 years of experience in consumer financial services, bill payment, money orders, product management, marketing management, customer relationship management, retail operations, or related area.
- 5 years of experience leading direct reports and/or large cross-functional teams.
- Marketing management in financial services, banking, or consumer lending, or innovation consulting experience in consumer financial services
- MBA in Marketing, Finance, Operations, or related field.
