Role Description As a Spanish Speaking Consultant for Online Security Software, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients. Your daily duties will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding customers through the usage of online security software. You will also document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
