- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities within the insurance industry.
- Analyse market data and customer insights to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding existing ones.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve growth objectives and increase market share.
- Identify key target segments and devise tailored approaches to attract new clients and partners.
- Evaluate potential partnerships, alliances, and acquisition opportunities to enhance our competitive position.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Prospect and engage with new clients, understanding their needs, and offering customised solutions to address their challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on insurance products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives on insurance industry trends, product knowledge, and effective selling techniques.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet revenue targets.
