- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Conduct site visits with potential clients to showcase event spaces and services
- Negotiate and finalize event contracts with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including culinary, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of events
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and drive sales
- Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience in the hospitality or event industry, in a high-volume environment
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience in managing events of varying sizes and complexity
- Delphi software experience is a plus
