MOHU (part of MOL Group) has been established in order to manage these activities and started its operation in July 2023. In line with MOL Group 2030+ strategic goal, the company is committed to be a key player in the circular economy in CEE region. MOL will be responsible in the frame of the concession of the waste collection from households and businesses in Hungary. The company will organize the pre-treatment and treatment operations necessary to meet the strict waste management and recycling targets of the European Union.MOHU Business Partnering Controlling is one of the key pillars within MOHU Finance. Scope of organization is to support business in setting, evaluating and measuring optimization opportunities and to evaluate business performance, while continuously monitor business KPIs and serve a “thinking partner” of the Business.You will have the possibility to keep your finger on the pulse of business as well as shape the future of MOHU and Waste Management segment of MOL Group.Responsibilities:

Professionally manage MOHU Business Partnering Controlling area, perform organisational management tasks for MOHU Finance Business Partner colleagues
Support business projects with financial analysis and prepare decision making materials for MOHU and MOL Group management
Understand business needs and prepare meaningful analysis with a view of optimizing profitability
Monitor investment projects realization in the field of waste management, and align investment processes and cost control with MOL Group
Cooperate with multiple stakeholders within Finance organization and across Business operation
Support process development and digitalization of reports

Requirements:

University/college degree in economics or finance or accounting or management
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience and minimum 1 year of managing experience
Analytical and system-oriented approach, strong prioritizing and problem-solving skills, excellent modelling skills
Direct management and motivation of colleagues
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, customer – centric thinking
Excellent knowledge of company and business processes
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel PowerPoint)
Fluency in both written and spoken English
