Prepare regular management reporting; i.e. monthly consolidated financial statements;
Assist in preparation of annual budget and monthly forecast;
Conduct cost variance analysis and benchmarking analysis and providing recommendations for management review;
Coordinate with bank for daily accounts management;
Prepare cash flow forecast and plan for funding requirements;
Prepare internal funding & dividend proposals for headquarter;
Assist the manager to monitor the bank balance to ensure sufficient cash balance for operation；
Review audited accounts for HK entities and liaise with external auditor for audit matters;
Prepare tax computation and assist in tax filing for HK entities;
Participate in accounting related system development and process improvement initiatives;
Other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirement:
Tertiary educated in accounting or related disciplines; finalist of ACCA/CPA or above;
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience preferably with exposure in audit experience;
Good knowledge in HK accounting standards and taxation;
Computer literacy with good spreadsheet skill;
Independent, detail minded and willing to work under pressure；
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Putonghua will be an advantage;
Proficient in MS Office;
Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills are essential;
Experience in Oracle, Yardi and property investment industry is highly preferred;
