- Manage all aspects of HRIS risk management including identifying risks, implementing controls and monitoring effectiveness of controls.
- Manage vendor contracts, relationships and service delivery related to HR systems and ensure all regulatory, audit and governance requirements are met.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing reports, documents and performing reviews of HRIS processes and controls.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks from HRIS systems and operations and ensure mitigation plans are in place.
- Monitor key risk indicators and incidents related to HRIS and ensure timely resolution.
- Review and maintain the audit and risk documents including team's SOP documents on a regular basis.
- Ensure all HRIS systems and operations adhere to the bank's risk management policies and procedures.
- Perform service delivery manager role for 2 key vendors in HR.
- Some travel is required to Europe for physical site visits.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, security related or audit related roles in a large multinational bank.
- Strong knowledge of IT risk management frameworks and standards.
- Experience managing vendor contracts and relationships.
- Experience supporting internal and external audits.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting risk assessments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Would be advantageous if you know about IT DR Technical & Procedures, RTO (Recovery Time Objective) and RPO (Recovery Point Objective), Application Access Matrix.
