- Client management – as a SPOC you are working closely with the clients in order to understand their needs; maintain the business contracts and relationships with clients keeping them informed regarding the process and sharing the market knowledge;
- Identifying new opportunities on the market and establishing meetings with potential clients
- Sales Strategy- getting actively involved in the yearly set-up and implementation of the sales strategy
- Qualitative projects and delivery - ensure that the projects comply with established standards and are delivered on time;
- Focus on results - build a client approach and management strategy in order to achieve business results as per objectives and targets set;
- Supervise the delivery of the services to the clients -responsible for accounts performance and client satisfaction;
- Offers & Contract management - prepare and present services offers to the clients focused on their needs and negotiate and secure contracts for delivery;
- Focus on opportunities - build strong relationships with new and existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or increasing client retention;
- Be close to the delivery team - understand the processes, and the market specifics and take over relevant information to share with the client to manage expectations;
- Team- working closely with consultants and the business to understand activity dips in order to effectively manage candidate pipelines;
- Provide guidance - to both clients and colleagues to ensure a good delivery process and results;
- Understand business objectives - short, mid-long term to prioritize the client strategy and build pipelines;
- At least 1 years of experience in consultative in sales within HR services
- Previous experience in a recruitment agency or close to a recruitment services delivery team;
- Account management/customer success experience is mandatory;
- Strong business orientation and understanding of client management and satisfaction;
- Proven expertise in nurturing business accounts to increase revenue;
- Knowledge of recruitment process and services;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing high-level customer experiences;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask;
- Negotiation skills;
- Very strong teamwork skills and active interest in understanding how the performance of the team influences your results;
- Bachelor's Degree;
- Advanced English level - both spoken and written.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
