Develop, maintain and co-ordinate health and safety policies and procedures across workshops.
Ensure compliance to health and safety regulations by all employees of the business; providing the necessary training and ongoing meetings to assist the employee.
Ensure equipment in all sites are installed safely and maintained to the necessary standard.
Undertake risk assessments and site inspections. Identifying potential hazards and determining ways of reducing risks.
Develop and ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to.
Ensure all Health & Safety regularly policies are reviewed, updated and communicated.
Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.The client is prepared to offer the Health and Safety Manager;
