Providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements.
Ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

College graduates, undergraduates, SHS, and HS graduates
At least 1-year sales experience primarily outbound sales (relationship sales, ad sales, digital marketing, online sales, collections, or telemarketing in BPO)
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City
