Job Responsibility The Marketing & Events Executive/Manager will undertake the following activities: Develop event proposals according to company s requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure adherence to event plans and budget. Develop comprehensive event plans, including goals, budgets, timelines, and resources. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in event strategies. Present event proposals to management and clients for approval. Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial targets. Act as point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, equipment, and accommodations. Identify potential risks associated with events and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Resolve all project issues and deviations to ensure that projects are executed as planned. Recommend measures to improve event management and outcomes. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event marketing strategies and materials. Assist the Head of Marketing in any other ad-hoc tasks related to marketing or other departments. Create and maintain project documentations charters, schedules, status reports and etc. To assist in planning and executing marketing and/or partnership campaigns as and when required. Job Requirements At least a bachelor s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or similar relevant field. 3- 5 years of working experience in Project Management. Structure thinking and planning skills. Exceptional communication and people management skills. Multi-task, able to guide the teams to execute events within tight schedules and approved budgets. Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently between office and event sites.
