Job DescriptionPosition title: Executive – Enablement TeamDepartment: DistributionReports to: Producer Enablement Team LeaderJob SummaryWe are undergoing several exciting transformational initiatives including (i) digital enablement, (ii) product enhancement, (iii) process standardization and (iv) producer engagement to better position our One Liberty Brand in the market.You will be given the opportunity to attend internal and external projects including product and system development. Working closely with internal departments including Legal and Compliance, Finance, Operation, Marketing and IT to facilitate the business transformation. You will also participate to organize events and campaigns for our producers to support business development.Responsibilities

Assist in managing project timeline and deliverables
Perform UAT for internal systems and portals
Draft the guidelines and templates for the operation to promote standardization
Perform market research and summarize in report for presentation
Prepare marketing communication materials
Plan and organize events and campaigns to support business development including but not limited to organizing seminars, forum, trainings and conference.
Provide efficient administrative support such as meeting preparation and vendor sourcing
Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
Min. 2 years relevant work experience in insurance and project management
Knowledge in general insurance and medical & health insurance preferred
Passion in Insurance and Technology
Willing to learn new things and being creative
Good interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
Well-organized, detail oriented, hardworking, self-motivated
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
PC proficient
Immediately available is preferred
