ResponsibilitiesWhat does a day in the life look like?
- Assist in the strategy and KPIs for our Social, Influencer and Email efforts.
- Execute and implement the social and influencer strategy supporting business objectives in collaboration with Marketing campaigns and teammates for alignment.
- Create and execute a compelling, consumer-driven content calendar that maps to our brand strategy.
- Optimize paid and organic social channels for brand and lead growth.
- Identify, source and manage influencer campaign/partners.
- Integrate influencer content into the social strategy.
- Expand reach and audience across all relevant social networks.
- Seek and source partnership opportunities with complementary brands to expand reach.
- Identify, coordinate and at times participate in community sponsorship and local event.
- Identify and measure KPIs and generate regular performance reports that track results.
- Implement email marketing strategy, including seamless communication throughout the customer journey.
- Maintain email marketing calendar to incorporate cross-functional initiatives into email correspondence. This includes working across multiple intradepartmental teams and initiatives.
- Coordinate the development of designed and coded creative assets for email campaigns,
- Q/A all emails prior to deployment for accuracy in content and links.
- Monitor ongoing performance of the company's email program. This includes measurement toward key performance indicators and goals.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must live in Georgia or a neighboring state (Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama)
- One to three years of experience with social media
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences including (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Strong analytical skills and able to review and analyze business performance metrics
- Experience of working within a high performing team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- Strong background working with social media campaigns with proven results
- Live in the Atlanta, GA market
- Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time
- Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Travel up to 20% to attending meetings, conferences, etc.
