As a business, we strive to empower people with diabetes to live life on their terms by delivering innovation that truly matters and providing support in the ways they need it.Our portfolio of innovative solutions is designed to provide customers greater freedom and better health, helping them achieve better glucose control, while spending less time managing their disease.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:As a Principal SAP Test Engineer within Digital Technology, this position requires completing all steps of the SDVLC documentation including interpretation of the functional requirements and confirming requirements with functional business analyst, write test plans, executing, and documenting of system integration testing.Contribute to identify and implement continuous improvement concepts to increase efficiency and maximize value to clientsMaintain broad understanding of current testing software technologiesWork independently to estimate, design, and deliver solutionsAssist in unit, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.Ability to multi-task assignments and exercise judgment regarding escalations to senior team members or vendorMaintain a productive relationship with Stakeholders, Process Owners, Technical and Functional Peers through effective communications and collaboration.Develop and maintain a strong practical understanding of technologies currently deployed within the department.In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for all phases of functional and regression testing including development and execution of automated scripts.Required Knowledge and Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP testing, specifically with Material Master (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Production Planning (PP), Sales and Distribution (SD), Quality Management (QM), Inventory Management (IM), Finance and Control (FI/CO).Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing to ensure the quality of the SAP implementation and upgrades.Participate in test planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities.Proven experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) process and Order to Cash (O2C) process areas.Create and execute automated and manual test cases as required via Microfocus ALM and creating automation test strategy, framework, and test accelerators.Create validation and compliance documents to include test plan and test summary reports.Validating testing for SOX & GXP compliances and FDA regulatory to include Title 21 CFR Part 11, FDA CFR Part 820.Collaborate with business analysts, developers and stakeholders to understand the requirements and design comprehensive test strategies.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package
