- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the commercial sector.
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and cultural fit to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand client base through lead generation, networking and referrals.
- Utilise various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Match qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities within the commercial sector.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Manage the offer negotiation process and assist in the successful placement of candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the commercial sector.
- Routes for progression and opportunities to transition into other internal opportunities

- Experience in recruitment is desired
- Sales/business development experience is essential
