We are on the lookout for a Programmatic Account Director to work alongside our Account Management/Client Success team which supports our clients towards successful programmatic & paid app strategies to maximise business potential of our fast-growing, award-winning company.Better Collective is a leading iGaming media group that improves the sports betting & gaming experience for bettors across the world. We offer a great working environment in our offices, with a lively working culture that is characterised by a pioneering spirit and a global vision.THE ROLEWe are looking for a Programmatic Account Director who will contribute to the continuous growth of app advertising within a Digital Advertising environment. You will have extensive, proven, and detailed knowledge and experience in Programmatic and DSP implementations.You will be responsible for collating spend forecasts, creating and monitoring campaigns to deliver on planned targets. Your focus will be on in-depth analysis, trend spotting, accurate execution, working with and developing a team.OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE…3+ years of experience working across sales, key accounts, and account management to deliver digital marketing solutions.Expert knowledge in Digital Advertising (especially on Programmatic and Performance channels with a core focus of APP) mainly in the AdTech Space.Strong commercial drive as well as analytical and operational expertise to build and grow long-term relationships with clients.Experience with Programmatic Platforms (e.g. TradeDesk, DV360, Smadex).Passionate about programmatic activation and driving continued excellence.Proven experience in programmatic app campaign activation and management.Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally.Ability to translate technical and complex points to non-technical audiences and coach others to do the same.Ability to develop and execute comprehensive testing roadmaps in the Programmatic space - audience, media, creative.Analytical mindset with ability to derive insight from data.Ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.Solid experience working with online gambling-iGaming brands is considered a plus although not essential.Ability to lead and manage a hybrid team located in different markets.OTHER:An interest in sports betting would be useful.Knowledge of ad fraud, viewability and brand safety and how these are measured, managed and fit into the programmatic advertising landscape would be useful.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Active client management and communication with a focus on Programmatic advertising for app campaignsIdentifying additional streams of revenue by cross- and/or upselling our clientsProactively recognise new opportunities and strategies to help customers reach their objectives via mainly Programmatic AdvertisingWorking cross-functionality to influence our overall strategy across sales, marketing, product development and service delivery.Consulting and advising clients on how to successfully scale advertising spending on programmatic media.Ongoing monitoring of client-relevant KPIs to take action with internal stakeholdersPreparation of client-facing materials such as reports, sales decks or educational presentations.Willingness to travel for internal and client meetings.The appropriate use of tools to drive accountability in programmatic buying, operational efficiencies, and actionable business insights, with the scoping of agreed client outputs.Ensure financial accuracy, integrating the planning and buying process, and reconciliation of spends, including client terms and programmatic fees, via buying templates and processes.Proactively seek opportunities to develop and enhance your understanding and knowledge of the programmatic landscape, latest tech platforms, vendors, and suppliersWork hand in glove with the supply side manager.LOCATIONLocation preference is to be within one of Better Collective's Europe Offices (with an ideal candidate being in London). Location can be flexible for the right candidate.
