- Proficiency in micro-services, understanding of Oracle Database (RDBMS) concepts
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including development and testing methodologies, and change configuration management practices.
- Expertise in source code management.
- Operate a next-generation, fully automated cloud software delivery pipeline.
- In-depth understanding of source code management concepts and experience with modern systems (e.g., git).
- Strong scripting skills (Groovy, Go, Python, Linux shell scripting, etc.).
- Familiarity with Linux environments, especially Oracle Linux.
- Experience with CI release engineering tools (e.g., Jenkins/Hudson, Maven/Gradle), and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Shape processes, platforms, and tools for software and configuration changes.
- Provide comprehensive updates, anticipating additional needs.
- Ability to execute projects with high-level direction.
- Identify and implement improvements to the software delivery pipeline, emphasizing Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and automation.
- Handle Release Engineering activities to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Applications from source code to the cloud.
- B.E./BTech/MTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of release engineering experience.
- Excellent communication skills, conveying technical content to both technical and non-technical audiences.
