As a pivotal senior leadership member reporting directly to the Executive Director of Sales, Marketing & Corporate Affairs, you'll drive HR strategies and implement HRIS solutions with the support of the onsite HR Advisors, as well as shared coordinators and executive assistants.A broad and varied role, the group HR Manager will oversee recruitment and onboarding, learning and leadership development, payroll, reward and performance, workplace relations and employee grievances.
This opportunity empowers you to manage the group HR function end to end, from conceptualization to execution, enhancing employee programs, processes, and systems.About You
Ideal for an experienced HR Manager or Business Partner with a background in food production or manufacturing, this role suits those ready for a broader scope. Balancing hands-on operational involvement with strategic input, you'll navigate the company's transition towards automated processes while contributing to its people strategy.About Success
Success in this role hinges on your proficiency as a leader, your stakeholder management, and cultural alignment skills. Backed by tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related fields, you bring a wealth of experience in employee relations and best practices.
