- Microsoft Windows 10&11 (AD, UEM, SCCM), Office 365, Teams, Mobile Device Management (iOS & Android), Citrix (XenApp, XenDesktop)
- Managing and Maintaining the Network Infrastructure under supervision of the Network Team (SD-WAN, SD-Access, wireless Infrastructure) and Network Troubleshooting (2nd Level)
- Maintain and update the network diagram in collaboration with the network team
- Managing and Maintaining the Systems infrastructure together with the Systems Team (ESX)
- Managing and Maintaining the Printing infrastructure
- Installation of Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Switches
- Troubleshoot and replace Laptops, Desktops and its components
- Update and maintain the Software and Hardware Inventory
- Assist in the budget process and manage contracts and negotiations with local vendors
- Oversee contractor’s installation and maintenance of computer hardware during office moves
- Advise users on relevant hardware and software usage
- Provide support to the banks Independent Asset Managers in the region
- Create, update and maintain documentation, wiki
- Participate in the implementation & deployment of group projects;
- Participate in the Business Continuity Plan and be a point of contact in case of BCP invocation
- +5-years’ experience in similar function ideally as IT technical support
- Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field, and certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
- Willingness to continuously learn and high interest in new technologies
- Excellent knowledge in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting computers running Windows 10 & 11
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams
- Good understanding of the OSI model and Enterprise Network Infrastructure or willingness to learn
- Good knowledge of Apple and Android mobile devices
- High readiness to get things done
- Very good organization skills and ability to work independently and to be a great team player
- Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
