- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads
- Identifying customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Delivering persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services
- Closing sales deals and achieve monthly sales target
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborating with the sales team & support team
- Staying up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Min. 1+ years of work experience in comparable B2B sales environment or customer-facing sales role or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of EV/tank cards is an advantage, but not required
