Our client, a leading CSP is seeking to recruit an Investment Migration Support Officer to join their Immigration department. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Supporting the team with administrative duties such as filing, maintaining records of submissions as well as issuing invoices
Assisting with the preparation of applications and ensure these are regularly updated and organized
Supporting clients with third party services which they might require
Participating in client meetings when required
Carrying out the necessary KYC prior to client onboarding and ensuring files are in line with the necessary regulatory requirements
Supporting with work permit and family reunification application processes as well as other visa applications
Assisting in preparing Annual Compliance folders when required
Any other duty which may be required from time to time

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Hold excellent organization skills and an eye for detail
Candidates with previous experience within residency programs will be considered an asset

Education and Experience

A minimum O level standard of education is required
