Parts Sales Representative (gn)

• Provide assistance to customers, internal staff and our operational team in terms of our construction machinery parts, e.g. answering incoming calls or e-mail inquiries
• Enter orders and accurately allocate cost to the correct cost center for sales
• Read bills of materials and drawing in SAP R/3
• Coordinate purchasing and pricing procedure with our BAEUR-owned subsidaries and oversee departments
• Assist the Parts Sales Manager in monitoring and ensuring departmental staff compliance with established safety guidelines

• Highschool diploma
• First professional experience in the field of manufacturing, construction, shipping or related field of work e.g. Customer Service Coordinator, Customer Support or similar position
• Good Skills in Microsoft-Office; SAP knowledge a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and suppliers through face-to-face discussions, e-mails etc.
