- Calendar support for GM of Design and Head of Design - ensuring they are on time and prepared
- Providing administrative support to the Design team including setting up new starters, expense coordination and IT/AVtroubleshooting (including Apple Macs)
- Assisting with preparation of events and meetings, including AV setup, printing materials, and catering arrangements
- Arranging international and domestic travel bookings
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to getting things done
- Experience with Outlook calendar management
- Professional and clear written and verbal communication skills, including with senior management
- Project support, events coordination and/or design experience would be ideal
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with Apple Mac computers
- An interest in or passion for design is highly desirable
