  • Strategic and corporate planning to deliver Operations, transformation and digitalization objectives
  • Drives and leads strategic program and the implementation of initiatives within Time Quality and Cost (TQC)
  • Coordinate internal and third-party resources for the execution of projects with the definition of project scope and objectives
  • Work closely with all relevant technical partners and ensuring feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress for performing requirements analysis
  • Ensure all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the program schedule and key milestones
  • Measure project performance, build and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Oversee program plans to meet business needs as described in the program initiation documents
  • Perform /monitor user acceptance test and quality control
  • Escalate program risks when appropriate
  • Share responsibility for budget management and accountable for resource planning
  • Formulate quality assurance (QA) process on policy data; implements and monitor the defined QA process
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate new technology and market practices to ensure efficient operations and maintain market competitiveness
  • Collaborate overseas operation service team’s work efficiency and quality, may include on-site business visit
  • Maintain a resourceful mindset culture and cooperative spirit within the team, leads and develops teammates with support and guidance
  • Establish a relationship with stakeholders and partners to achieve Company and departmental objectives
  • Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff to ensure team members
Requirements:
  • University degree holder (preferably in insurance, computer science and business fields) with minimum 7 years of working experience in insurance companies
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills, able to motivate, coach, drive project progress.
  • Excellent command of spoken/written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, able to contribute simpler and faster solutions and always puts customer at the center of decision making and day-to-day operation
  • Proactively provides simpler, faster, more connected and agility solutions with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
